There is no cost and no catch, simply pop into the showroom whenever you feel your jewellery could use a little refresh and we will take care of the rest. * Please note there is a small surcharge on white gold options due to the ever increasing price of rhodium.

Hand creams, perfumes, everyday knocks and general wear can leave even the most beautiful diamond looking a little dull over time. A professional clean restores that brilliance instantly, often making a piece look brand new again.
How Often Should You Bring Your Jewellery In?
We recommend popping back in every 12 to 18 months for a full clean, polish and check up. During this appointment we will:
Clean your piece thoroughly to restore its sparkle and shine.
Check that all stones are secure and that claws and settings are in good condition.
Inspect for any early signs of wear, particularly on rings worn daily.
Advise on anything that may need attention before it becomes a bigger issue.
Catching small issues early, such as a slightly loose claw or a thinning band, is always far easier and more cost effective than addressing a problem once it has become more serious.

If you have a wedding, anniversary, milestone birthday or any special occasion coming up and want your jewellery looking its absolute best, we would love to help. Simply drop your piece into us around two weeks ahead of the event and we will make sure it is cleaned, polished and looking perfect in plenty of time.

Caring for Your Jewellery at Home
Between visits, there are a few simple habits that will help keep your jewellery looking its best.
Store each piece separately. Storing rings, necklaces and earrings together can cause them to scratch against one another, particularly with softer metals like gold. A jewellery box with individual compartments, or simply keeping pieces in their original boxes, is the easiest way to protect them.
Take extra care with gemstones. Coloured gemstones can be softer and more delicate than diamonds, and some are more sensitive to heat, chemicals and impact than others. Avoid wearing gemstone jewellery while cleaning, exercising or applying perfume and skincare products directly to the area.
Remove jewellery before activities that could cause damage. This includes swimming, exercising, gardening or any household tasks involving chemicals or impact. Even the most secure setting can be put at risk by repeated daily knocks.
Avoid direct contact with perfume, hairspray and lotions. These products can build up on the surface of metal and gemstones over time, leading to a dulled appearance far sooner than expected.
