One year ago today we opened the doors of our showroom at 5 Victoria Avenue for the very first time. It is hard to believe how quickly that year has passed — and how much has happened within it.

We want to start here, because without you none of this would have been possible.

In twelve months you have trusted us with some of the most significant moments of your lives. Engagements, weddings, anniversaries, milestone birthdays and gifts that mark moments you will never forget. Every appointment has been a privilege and every piece that has left our showroom carries a story we are genuinely grateful to have been part of.

Our bespoke service has gone from strength to strength throughout the year. Working with clients from the very first conversation through to the finished piece is one of the most rewarding things we do — and the commissions we have created this year have been some of the most beautiful and personal work we have ever produced. Thank you to everyone who has trusted us with that process.

Growing because of you

When we opened, we offered appointments across five days a week. We are now open six days a week, with evening appointments and Sundays available — and that growth has happened entirely because of the demand you have created. Because of the appointments you have booked, the recommendations you have made and the trust you have placed in us.

That means more to us than we can really express. You have built Harrogate Jewellers alongside us, and we do not take that lightly.

A little recognition along the way

Being shortlisted for Store Design of the Year at the UK Jewellery Awards 2026 in our first year of trading was something we are genuinely proud of. It was a recognition of the care and thought that went into creating our showroom — and a wonderful moment for the whole team.

What is coming next

Year two is already shaping up to be an exciting one. New expertise joining the team, new collections, more bespoke commissions and a continued focus on making every visit to Harrogate Jewellers feel exactly as it should — personal, unhurried and completely focused on you.

We have a lot in store and we cannot wait to share it.
