We work with exceptionally talented goldsmiths and master stone setters to transform your inspiration into a piece of fine jewellery that is entirely, unmistakably yours.

Most bespoke commissions are completed within 4 to 6 weeks from design approval, depending on complexity.
Bespoke commissions are available from £1,500. Pricing depends on the materials chosen, the complexity of the design, and the stone selected. We will always provide a full quote for your approval before any work begins — there are never any surprises.

We've designed our process to feel as beautiful as the piece we create together.
Here is what to expect from the design process - start to finish.

Initial Consultation
Everything begins with a conversation. We'll meet with you at our Harrogate showroom to understand your vision, your budget and your timeline. There's no pressure and no agenda — just a genuine, unhurried discussion about what you have in mind. If you have images, sketches or inspiration, bring them along. If you're starting from nothing, that's perfectly fine too.

Design Concept
Following your consultation, our team will develop an initial design concept with either sketches or imagery that bring your ideas into focus. We'll present these to you and refine them together until the design feels exactly right. Nothing moves forward until you're completely happy.

Stone Selection
Once the design is agreed, we'll guide you through selecting your diamond or gemstone. Whether you're looking for a certified natural diamond, a lab-grown stone, or something more unusual. We'll source options that suit your design and your budget. This is where you can trust in our expertise as jewellery specialists.

CAD DESIGN AND APPROVAL
Your piece is then rendered in precise 3D using CAD (Computer Aided Design) technology, giving you a photorealistic view of the finished ring or jewellery before a single piece of metal is worked. This is your opportunity to confirm every detail — dimensions, proportions, setting style — with complete confidence.

Master Goldsmiths
With your approval confirmed, your piece enters the hands of our master goldsmiths. Every element is crafted by hand to the highest standard, with meticulous attention to every detail. This is where your vision becomes reality.

THE REVEAL
Your finished piece is inspected, photographed and presented to you at our Harrogate showroom — or delivered securely if you prefer. This is the moment we love most.
