Can I get the ring resized?
At Harrogate Jewellers, we understand that getting the perfect fit can be tricky—especially for surprise gifts or proposals. That’s why we offer complimentary resizing on most engagement rings and wedding bands. Contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll make sure your ring fits beautifully. If you are unsure on size please select 'I Don't Know' from the sizing option and we will order the ring in a standard medium size for resizing later.
Delivery
Most of our collection is made to order just for you. Our estimated delivery is 3-4 weeks for most of our pieces. Need it sooner or would like to change something about the item? Get in touch with the team who will work their magic. We offer Free UK delivery on all of your orders. All orders are sent fully insured and tracked and also packaged in discreet packaging with luxury gift wrapping included.
Can I View the pieces in person?
Of course, our dedicated jewellery showroom is nestled in the heart of Harrogate. Whether you're searching for the perfect engagement ring, wedding bands, or simply looking to explore something special, we invite you to take your time and enjoy the experience in our calm, luxurious setting.
Appointments are available Tuesday – Sunday and are by prior booking only, as we’re unable to accommodate walk-ins.

What is your returns policy
If you wish to return your order for any reason, we allow up to 30 days from the time your order was dispatched. Please refer to our returns policy for the full details. The jewellery returned must be unworn and in pristine condition.
We accept returns in all of our stores around the UK and via post. If you are sending your jewellery back to us in the post, it is your responsibility to insure the parcel. Unfortunately, we do not accept any responsibility for any items that are lost during transit on the way back to us.
